Do you provide receipts and invoices for business travel? Yes. Journeys booked through an e-Wave business account are invoiced by us, with a full VAT receipt — we are VAT registered under Wave Airport Transfer Ltd (471 5983 58), so the VAT is reclaimable. Where a journey is paid directly to a partner driver rather than through an account, the receipt comes from that driver, and a VAT receipt is only available if they are VAT registered. If VAT documentation matters to your finance team, book through a business account and we will handle it. Business accounts also receive Green Certificates showing the carbon savings of your travel.
